Orders are shipped within three business days of verification of valid payment. Shipping time depends on method of shipping that you choose.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:

It is our goal for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We carefully inspect every item we ship, but in the event that you are not satisfied upon arrival of your shipment, please contact us within 14 days for return authorization. All shipping, including return shipping, is the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund. Returned items must be in the original condition, (i.e. undamaged), with original packaging and include any certificates of authenticity in order to qualify for a refund.

The original shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances. If we are in error and have sent the wrong item, or your item is received damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your items. We promise to correct the problem promptly. You will have the option of a refund or an exchange. We will assume responsabilty for the return shipping of incorrect or damaged item, but you must contact us within the three day period to receive a call tag for the authorized return of your item. Please retain all shipping and packing materials for damaged items to be returned to us for inspection.

Any personalized items that arrive damaged or defective will only be exchanged for an exact replacement.
